Shamique Frederick

Analyst

Mrs. Shamique Frederick has been with our office since July 2017, currently serving as an Appeals and Compliance Analyst within the Information Rights Division. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree from the University of Liverpool and a degree in Literary Studies from the University College of the Cayman Islands. Additionally, Mrs. Frederick is a qualified mediator, a TCM Accredited Investigator, and a certified Freedom of Information Practitioner (PC.foi). 

With a strong commitment to promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability, Mrs. Frederick is dedicated to ensuring that investigations are conducted with fairness, independence, and impartiality, thereby contributing to the strengthening of these principles across the Cayman Islands.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Frederick has consistently demonstrated a passion for public service and a deep respect for the values that underpin effective governance. She believes in fostering a culture of trust and integrity within the public sector and is committed to supporting initiatives that enhance the delivery of public services.
